ACCESS ministries is delighted to invite you as a special guest to attend the ACCESS ministries chaplaincy fundraising dinner for 2009. It will be an evening of world class speakers and entertainment whilst showcasing the work of our dedicated chaplains.

Key Speakers
Andrew Forrest, CEO Fortescue Metals Group

Andrew Forrest grew up jackerooing on sheep and cattle stations before graduating from the University of Western Australia and now serves as founder and Chief Executive Officer of the Fortescue Metals Group Ltd. Andrew has created two major Australian Resource Houses from scratch, now major suppliers of nickel, cobalt and iron ore to the world’s steel industries. Mr Forrest has been awarded the Australian Centenary medal, the Australian Sports medal and multiple global finance awards for the companies he has started. Mr Forrest is also a long-standing fellow of the Australian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy, but says the toughest and most rewarding job he's ever done is raising kids


Rev Tim Costello AO, CEO World Vision Australia

Tim Costello is recognised as one of Australia’s leading voices on social justice issues, having spearheaded public debates on gambling, urban poverty, homelessness, reconciliation and substance abuse. In 2004, Tim was named Victorian of the Year; in June 2005 he was made an Officer of the Order of Australia (AO); and in 2006 was named Victorian Australian of the Year.

David Hobson Australian tenor and composer

David Hobson is one of Australia’s best known operatic performers. He has sung many roles for Opera Australia including his award winning performances of Rodolfo (la Boheme) and the title role in Orphee. He is also well known to television audiences from his appearances on Carols in the Domain, Carols by Candlelight, Dancing with the Stars and It Takes Two.

Jennifer Keyte is an accomplished journalist, newsreader, presenter, MC and guest speaker and brings a sophistication and glamour to all her roles.

This is our annual fundraising event, while there is no charge for a ticket it is expected that donations from attendees will more than cover costs.
